Age 22. Outside half /Full back Phil, headed to Devon in 2020 following the end of his degree and rugby career at the Ospreys and signed for National 1 Plymouth Albion after a strong academy career at the Welsh region, from where he was capped at Wales U20 and Wales 7s level. Due to the pandemic, no rugby was played on his first season so he has now signed his second contract to remain on the South West coast for another season until at least June 2022.
