Tavistock youngster, Dan Holman, signed for Plymouth Argyle in January 2020, just before the arrival of COVID-19, and has been under the radar until the 2021/2022 season. 6ft 4” Holman produced a series of outstanding performances in early 2022, bringing him to the attention of the wider footballing world. Dan was offered an early scholarship in April 2022, to start in July 2023. In the first part of the 2022/23 season, he was given bench duties at U18 level for his club, as he continued his rise. Dan suffered a knock to his knee in early December 2022, a grade 1 MCL strain, so will return to action in the New Year.
