English and Welsh dual-qualified attacking midfielder. Dylan’s back story is that he was at Southampton, Category 1 academy, from a young age, so he has a great pedigree. Unfortunately, he was very small in stature during his time at Southampton, so he was released two years ago at 16 years of age. He was also called up to an England U15 squad training camp during his time at Southampton. He flourished at his next club, Forest Green Rovers, in the 2020/2021 season, and has grown to 5ft 9” tall, so can be classed as a late developer, scoring 19 goals as a No10, attacking midfielder. He also spent time on loan for a non-league club, so he could experience senior football, turning out for the club in the FA Cup and scoring. He scored 4 goals for them during that loan period in September and October 2020, before returning to Forest Green Rovers U18s. Dylan wasn’t offered a professional contract at Forest Green, due to the club not having a pathway, development side or under 23s set-up, so he went to Premier League-bound Watford on trial in April 2021, for a week, and playing for their U18s in a game against Nottingham Forest. Dylan signed a one year pro contract with Championship club Swansea City in the summer of 2021, with a year option. Dylan was released by Swansea City in summer 2022 and joined National League South side, Taunton Town. He has made 17 appearances this season up to December 2022, 13 from the bench and 4 starts. He has scored 4 goals in those starts.
