Holding midfielder, Jacob, has been at Swansea City since a very young age and has already signed a pre-scholarship agreement at his home-town club. The highly-rated youngster, has been capped by Wales at U16 level during the 2021 Victory Shield in Belfast, which Wales shared with Scotland, while still 14 years old. Jacob was selected again for Wales U16s for the UEFA Development Tournament in North Wales in April 2022, featuring against Spain, Brazil and Turkey, making an excellent assist against the latter for a Joe Hatch goal. He has regularly been selected up the age groups at U18 level for his club in the first half of the 2022/23 season, and on occasion, at U21 level. In autumn 2022, Jacob was selected for the successful Wales U17 side which qualified from the group stages of the European Championships after a 2-0 win against hosts, Croatia, and two draws against Sweden and Albania. The next stage, the Elite Round, will take place in March 2023, in which Jacob will undoubtedly play a significant part. He will start his 2-year scholarship on 1st July 2023
